User services in the University library of Rijeka

University library of Rijeka is a part of University of Rijeka and it's mission is evaluation and dissemination onf any information important for library users. Authors will present an actual user services existing in University library of Rijeka. What we do, and where we are going in a light of digital era. User services are not only classic library services, not anymore. User services are knowledge management, digital resources and education how to use them, virtual referent desk which is oriented not only for library users, but also for any potential user somewhere in the world. User oriented services means: library isn't an island at all.
