5th International Conference European Guidelines for Cooperation of Libraries, Archives and Museums “Regulations, standards and recommendations” will be held in 2011, October 7th in the National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina) and 2011, October 8th in the Public Library of Mostar and the Museum of Herzegovina (Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina).

Additional themes could be:
Regulations and standard, directives and recommendations for work of libraries-archives-museums
Respecting and applying of the international conventions, standards, regulations, directives and recommendations (libraries-archives-museums)
Regulations and standards for libraries (national, public, academic, special and school libraries)
Regulations and standards for archives
Regulations and standards for museums
Intellectual property and libraries-archives-museums
Standards and recommendations for protections of e-materials
Local rules for all three domains of working (libraries-archives-museums)
Examples of successful practice at the all domains of working (libraries-archives-museums)

Official languages of Conference are Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and English language.

It’s possible to present the posters at BAM Conference as well as the former years and during the certain Conference will be organized the workshops. Entries for participation at the Conference are in the official conference language by electronic call form accessible on web site www.bam.ba and no later than September 25th, 2011. Participants will get the notification about accepting the participation no later than October 1st, 2011.

Conference papers will be published in proceedings of conference edited by Association of Information Professionals – Librarians, Archivists and Museologists. The participants of this Conference will be informed properly about all other relevant details for their sojourn in Sarajevo and participating at the Conference.
