About us PANČEVAČKO ČITALIŠTE Scientific journal of theory and practice of librarianship PANČEVAČKO ČITALIŠTE is the scientific journal which follows development in librarianship and information science, both in country and abroad. The Pančevo City Library (Serbia) issues journal since November 2002, twice a year. Named by the social reading club which existed in Pančevo in 19th century and preceded establishment of the public library, the journal soon outgrew its local frame and gathered more than 500 authors and contributors from Serbia and abroad. In 2009. the magazine received the status of scientific journals (M53).
